At our home page, we warned you that this section would be short. And it is. Very, very short.
What
we can give you is information, results and fixtures for the
mighty Auchtermuchty Bellvue F.C. Possibly some bits about Raith
Rovers too, 'cause our Boss supports them. That's it, basically,
unless we can get a mole into the Bowling Club. Golf fans and
cycling fans likewise will be disappointed - the Auchtermuchty
Golf Course was ploughed up in 1943, and the local "Wheelers"
Club was another wartime casualty. Oh well.
Background on
Auchtermuchty Bellvue F.C.: 
Founded: Not sure. We haven't found that out yet.
Colours: Blue & yellow (we thought we'd do that in case you can't read)
League: Smith & Grant Solicitors League, Fife. Position - well, they're currently somewhere between the top and the bottom
Home Stadium: Victoria Park, Auchtermuchty. Capacity - thousands (all standing). Ticket prices - nil. Well, you try getting anybody to pay to get into a public park! Catering facilities - pies & Bovril at half-time (excellent!)
Biggest success: Winning the Howe of Fife League in May 1903. The Cup team included Carswell (GK), Dick, White, Forgan, Leven, Bryce & Crombie. At this time, the team was made up of local lads, but by 1952 the Third Statistical Account of Scotland noted sadly that "today, the team consists of imported players". Bit like Rangers and Celtic then.
